Your vehicles braking system creates extremely high temperatures which can cause rapid oxidation of the brake fluid.  The newer Anti-Lock Brake Systems, ABS, used in today's vehicles are extremely sensitive to fluid deterioration.  Serious malfunction can be caused by the build-up of varnish and deposits within the braking system.  More and more manufacturer's are now requiring the brake fluid to be replaced at regular intervals along with brake service maintenance.  The BG Brake Service removes corrosive brake fluid and cleans the brake system by:

  • Remove contaminated brake fluid from the entire hydraulic system
  • Replace the old fluid with Ultra-Dry BG High-Temp Formula DOT 3 or DOT 4 Brake Fluid, which has been proven to prevent corrosion


Our certified technicians will also inspect the entire brake system for leaks, master cylinder corrosion, worn pneumatic parts, harmful varnish build-up, broken or rusted bleeder valves, worn rotors or drums, and air in the brake lines.

The BG Brake Service is backed by the Lifetime BG Protection Plan if the initial service is performed within 75,000 miles / 120,000 km.  To keep your braking system performing properly, we recommend having the BG Brake Service performed whenever the brake fluid shows contamination, or every 30,000-to-40,000 miles / 50,000-to-64,000 km.
